Marsannay 

Plot planted in 2008 with very fine plants in 161-49 on a limestone hillside facing South-East. The soil is superficial, on the rock in certain areas.

The youth of the plot, its terroir as well as its exposure make it the earliest develop plot of the estate.

Taille Guyot Poussard, mechanical plowing and 100% organic fertilizers.

We use controlled organic products, and we maximize manual labor : disbudding, trimming, leaf stripping, green harvesting.

Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes with a first sorting at the vineyard.

This is the estate’s Marsannay vintage which shows the most finesse.

Its structure develops a superb balance, with a floral touch.

A very airy and suave wine.

80% destemmed and 20% whole cluster.

Natural yeasts, moderate punching down and pumping over.
