Garden vine enclosed by walls, in the heart of the village of Couchey, planted in 2018 on Bresse marl soil.

This plot has never seen any synthetic products.

Guyot Poussard pruning, mechanical plowing and 100% organic fertilizers.

We use organic products, and we maximize manual labor : disbudding, trimming, leaf stripping, green harvesting. 

Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes with a first sorting at the vineyard.

The youth of the plot and the richness of the terroir produce a supple, fruity and floral soft wine.

A wine for friends for excellence, as an aperitif or on the table, it will delight both novices and amateurs.
