Vine composed partly of old vines and a new plantation carried out in 2019.

Located in a former quarry, on a terrace and mid-slope, this plot benefits from a unique location and subsoil, on the north of Gevrey-Chambertin.

Taille Guyot Poussard and cordon de Royat, mechanical plowing and 100% organic fertilizers.

We use organic products, and we maximize manual labor : disbudding, trimming, leaf stripping, green harvesting.

Manual harvest in 20kg boxes with a first sorting at the vineyard.

Lots of structure in this Gevrey ler Cru, spices, nutmeg aromas and good length.

The aging brings a lot of deliciousness to this vintage.

100% destemmed.

Natural yeasts, moderate punching down and pumping over.
