Marsannay 

Grapes are from two plots of old vines on the hillside northeast of the village of Couchey. Established on limestones of Prémeaux and Ladoix.

It is a very draining terroir, with an average depth.

Taille Guyot Poussard and cordon de Royat, mechanical plowing and 100% organic fertilizers.

We use organic products, and we maximize manual labor: disbudding, trimming, leaf stripping, green harvesting.

Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes with a first sorting at the vineyard.

This is our Marsannay that shows the most character in its structure.

Lots of depth and complexity for this vintage.

60% destemmed and 40% whole cluster.

Natural yeasts, moderate punching down and pumping over.
